In short: this website uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Because it sets no such cookies, there is no cookie consent banner — and none is required.
1. Cookies we set
None. tapgames.nl is a static informational website. It does not set first-party cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, profiling, or other tracking technologies. There is therefore nothing to consent to, and no banner is shown.
2. Functional / technical cookies
We do not set functional cookies either. One note on hosting: the site runs on Cloudflare Pages, and Cloudflare can, in certain security situations (for example bot or DDoS protection), set a strictly-necessary technical cookie. Such strictly-necessary cookies are exempt from consent under the ePrivacy rules.
3. Third-party requests
Our web fonts are self-hosted, so the site makes no font-related third-party calls and sets no third-party font cookies. Two front-end assets are still loaded from public CDNs — Tailwind CSS and Font Awesome. These are static asset requests; they do not set tracking cookies, although, like any external request, the CDN sees your IP address. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Some game pages embed a YouTube trailer using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com mode, and it only loads after you click play — so YouTube sets no cookies unless you choose to watch the video.
